ALAN & KATHI GLIST 

Began their theatrical producing career with “Fiddler On The Roof”, “Oliver”, “The King & I” and “The Rothschilds”. They followed with their Off Broadway sensation “I Love You You’re Perfect Now Change”.

Some of their favorite Broadway productions are: Book of Mormon, The Glass Menagerie and “9 to 5” The Musical, written by Dolly Parton starring Megan Hilty (NBC’s SMASH) Allison Janney (The West Wing & MOM) and Stephanie J. Block (Wicked, recent Tony Award for her performance in The Cher Show), “Ring of Fire”, the Johnny Cash Musical, “La Cage aux Folles”, for which they won 2 Tony Awards, including Best Revival, and “Glen Gary Glen Ross”, starring Al Pacino. One of their favorite Off Broadway productions was “I Love You Because”..

Kathi and Alan are founders of GFour Productions™, Winner of over 40 Tony Awards. In 2001 Kathi and Alan helped develop, what later became the Off Broadway sensation, Menopause The Musical®,  and has been proudly producing this phenomenon ever since. This show has now been seen by nearly 11 million people worldwide. In Las Vegas, it has played over 5000 performances (14 years) and is now the longest running musical in Las Vegas history! Menopause The Musical® has played in more than 450 cities throughout North America and 13 countries. It has been translated into 7 languages. With their newly formed company, Glist Entertainment, Kathi and Alan are the proud producers of The Bronx Wanderers performing nightly at the LINQ. They love to present productions that can help make a difference in the lives of others. 

Alan spent 30 years in the men’s clothing industry as President & CEO of Alan Stuart (which he started at 21 years old), a well known clothing manufacturer, selling to over 3000 stores internationally. Alan also owned 12 Baron’s men’s clothing stores in Florida. In 1991 he acquired the successful men’s clothing chain of stores, Harris & Frank, from Hugo Boss, with stores in major malls throughout Southern California & Las Vegas.

Before becoming a successful theatrical producer, Kathi spent many years as an educator. She is proud to be one of the originators and developers of the first national Mommy and Me program, which started at Nova Southeastern University. 

On any given day you will find Kathi and Alan at The Miracle League baseball field serving as a buddy to a person with special needs, feeding the homeless, or supporting other Win/Win charitable causes. Kathi and Alan and Menopause The Musical® were named Entertainers of the Year by Win Win Entertainment for their service to the community. Congregation Ner Tamid recently named them Producers of The Year for 2019. Over the last 18 years, through the charitable efforts of Menopause The Musical®, Kathi and Alan have helped raise over 1 million dollars in support of women’s charities. Kathi was a proud Ambassador for Susan G Komen for several years and coordinated a Menopause The Musical® Survivor Tour where the cast was all breast cancer survivors and the show honored Survivors across the country and raised money for Susan G Komen.
